Technical support has been enhanced with multiple options:
Remote assistance is available via mirroring mode by connecting TheGenius to a PC, and you can also open tickets directly from the device. Integrated access to video tutorials and the knowledge base helps you get the most out of your tool.

With built-in contract management, you can easily monitor license renewals and expiry dates. The Dimsport World section also provides direct access to news, updates, and new resources.
